But, you're right that tying social initiatives to a business isn't new. I think what differs now is the volume and acceptance of starting a green or socially responsible business with the set mission of "changing the world" in some way! It's become socially acceptable if not hip to do so...which if you think about it...says something good about our culture! Each new generation reinvents the world, of course! But, you’re right that tying social initiatives to a business isn’t new.

I think what differs now is the volume and acceptance of starting a green or socially responsible business with the set mission of “changing the world” in some way! It’s become socially acceptable if not hip to do so…which if you think about it…says something good about our culture!
