    A business plan shows people that you’ve thought this through: you’ve done the math, you’ve plotted a strategy, and you (literally) have a plan. There might be flaws in your plan, but looking at your plan will help people find those flaws much more quickly, and they’ll actually do you a huge favor if they point them out to you. Furthermore, going through this exercise will help you find these flaws in your own thinking, help you think a few steps a head, and probably discover new ways to minimize expenses and maximize revenues.

    So the short answer is: Yes, absolutely!

    Of course;) Many businessmen have probably succeeded without a written plan, but imagine how much better they could have been if they would have one that makes a lot of sense? I believe a business plan would create a roadmap for our future and is really a good tool to hand out to investors who really want to know who we are about. Thanks Kristen.
