Up and Running Blog

About This Blog

Tim Berry

Up and Running was my blog on entrepreneur.com for more than three years. I posted on entrepreneur.com almost daily on startups, entrepreneurship, small business, and other topics related to starting, running, and growing a business.

I moved Up and Running here, to BPlans.com, in February of 2011, and opened the blog up to guest authors. At the same time, we decided to integrate Up and Running with Palo Alto Software’s Business in General blog. We made that happen very quickly by absorbing the several hundred Business in General posts into the Up and Running blog.

I continue to post here often, in addition to my main blog Planning Startups Stories, and contribute articles to Small Business Trends, Amex OPEN Forum, and the Huffington Post. And I also welcome new authors to contribute  to the value that Up and Running offer business owners, business managers, and entrepreneurs.

Why Up and Running? Because it’s about starting, running, and growing a business. Up and Running is written for and by business owners and entrepreneurs.

Hi There,

We just wanted to let you know that we have included your site in Groofer (http://www.groofer.com).

Groofer (http://www.groofer.com) is a free professional productivity tool that uses ‘group smarts’ to automatically filter the most relevant news.

The simplest way to describe Groofer…is a group RSS reader, where the group interaction helps determine the best news and blog articles for a given interest or topic.

Your site is in Groofer because we like what you do and because the Groofer Community has found your blog posts/news articles to be particularly relevant and useful to business professionals.

We invite you to check out (and join) Groofer (http://www.groofer.com).

Our apologies in advance if you find this note ‘spammy’. That was not our intent, we thought you might genuinely like to know.

Thanks,

Julie Bohannon
