			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I&#8217;m not sure what I would do on Friday afternoons if not for <a href="http://www.ted.com/" target="_blank">TED </a>(Technology, Entertainment, Design). For years now, they&#8217;ve been introducing me to new ideas, problems, artists and an all around fascination with the world around me.</p>
<p>Audrey Watters at <a href="http://www.readwriteweb.com/start/" target="_blank">ReadWriteWeb</a> (ReadWriteStart) has gathered 10 staff favorites that apply to startups.</p>
